3. Who is the Principle Broker?
Brady T. Long is the Founder and Principle Broker for the Brokerage.
While one of the youngest Principle Brokers in Utah (at 34), he
claims that he has closed more Real Estate Transactions than other
Brokers twice his age. And offers his receding hairline and thinning
hair as proof that he has lived through the stress!

4. How large will Equity become?
We will always limit the number of Agents and the QUALITY of Agents
that we accept into the Brokerage. Yes we want to grow, but not
at a pace that jeopardizes the satisfaction of our Agents.

5. Does Equity accept every Realtor
that wants to join the Brokerage?
NO. We are the most EFFICIENT, most EFFECTIVE, and therefore the
most AFFORDABLE Brokerage in the State. And to stay that way we
only accept the best Realtors in the State.

6. Does the charity donation come out of agent's commission?
No. A percentage of Equity Real Estate's gross income from each transaction (company's profit, NOT the Agent's commission) is donated directly to humanitarian and charity causes to immunize, feed, educate, and help to stop the millions of needless deaths around the world.
