Nancy Pearce-Harris was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.  In the 1970's her family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah.  A childhood passion for design, architecture and visiting model homes naturally led Nancy into the real estate industry.  Originally licensed in 1979, Nancy has focused her 30+ year career on all aspect of real estate and new construction.  Her talents and experience include design, project management, large scope projects and sales management.  In addition, Nancy is a talented Luxury Home specialist and has enjoyed numerous awards for her contributions in Luxury Home Sales.

Nancy joined Equity Real Estate in the Spring of 2008.  She was hired as a Branch Broker for St George, Utah.  Her St George Branch has grown quickly and now hosts over 100 fabulous Realtors.  After 6 short months of hiring, the St George Branch became the largest real estate firm  in Southern Utah.

Nancy resides in Southern Utah with her husband Mark.  She has 2 sons who are both military veterans, 2 step daughters, and 2 grandchildren.  She has a passion for sales, singing and performing, gardening, boating, traveling and the Pacific Coast. Nancy is looking forward to the opportunities for personal and corporate growth as a member of the Senior Executive Team.
