Kim Farber-Lynch joined Equity Real Estate in January 2007.  She was promoted to Branch Manager May of that same year and quickly grew her brokerage to over 200 agents in just 18 months. She was promoted to Vice President of Operations in November of 2008 and again to President of Operations in January 2009.

Kim was originally licensed in 2001.  She became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and has received numerous awards over the years. She is licensed in the states of Utah and Nevada.

Outside of Equity, Kim enjoys traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
