The corporate team at Equity does not consider themselves apart from the whole of the team, but rather an auxiliary support that is in place to ensure the success of our brokers and real estate agents. These roles are essential to the fundamental model that Equity operates within, and the people filling the roles are keen to make sure that the company is never wanting.

Bio

Lisa Wright is the Accountant for Equity Real Estate.

Lisa joined Equity in 2012 and brought with her over 20 years of accounting experience. She has handled all of the day-to-day financial needs of multiple companies in her career. She is experienced in Accounts Payables and Receivables, multi-layered accounting, and working with state and federal agencies to ensure companies comply with tax requirements and guidelines.

Before joining Equity, Lisa worked as an Office Manager for a local swimming pool company for over 14 years. She ran and organized all of their daily business and financial needs. At the same time, she did all of the accounting for a local construction company as well as ran her own small business.

Lorinda Griffiths

Bio

Lorinda Griffiths is a Accounting Assistant for Equity Real Estate.

Lorinda brings with her a unique skillset ranging from an immense knowledge of musicals to building cabinets from scratch. She has a B.A. in Linguistics and uses that knowledge to impress people at social gatherings. Lorinda learned of her love for accounting when she took care of the books for a company she started back in 2006. Since then, she and the other co-owner decided to part ways and she has worked in accounting for a tax accounting firm and a construction company.

In her spare time, Lorinda loves to do fun things with her children and friends, perform in community theater musicals, read books, cook, and play with Excel spreadsheets and their formulas. Lorinda fits right in because she knows how to have fun while remaining professional and gets things done. She is really excited to join the Equity team and already loves everyone she works with!

Stephanie Hernandez is the Agent Relations Manager at the Front Desk location for Equity Real Estate.

Stephanie joined Equity Real Estate in 2014 and has a history in secretarial work and administration. She has experience working with management to help improve their daily functions, efficiency, and provide support to her superiors. Stephanie brings her positive attitude, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong communication skills.

Danielle Caparas is an Agent Relations Representative for Equity Real Estate who joined the company in 2016.

Danielle joined Equity in August 2016, before joining Equity; Danielle worked for corporations like 1-800-Contacts, and Sunrise Senior Living. She has worked in customer service all her life and has even worked in the medical field jobs. She is very excited about her position here at Equity.

Danielle Elsha is a hard working individual, strong-willed and driven by her goals. Coming from the Philippines in 2002, Salt Lake slowly but surely became home. She is a college student aspiring to be a Software Developer. With Jr. High and High School background in Computer Science and Multimedia, she is determined to succeed. She has spent years in customer service, and landed her first job as a waitress when she was just in her pre-teens. She has achieved awards throughout life, like Holladay’s Got Talent 2 nd Place Singer, she also started college in High School, and has a Black Belt Degree in Tae Kwon Do.

Alisyn Shepro

Bio

Alisyn Shepro is the Executive Assistant for Equity Real Estate's executive officers.

Alisyn came highly recommended due to her multi-dimensional experience in process development, training, administration, marketing, and customer service. During Alisyn’s experience in the security alarm industry, she developed training programs which drove a significant reduction in employee errors, and consequently a significant reduction in cost per service. In her managerial positions, she developed standard operating procedures, demonstrated leadership skills, and implemented new policies which resulted in a high level of performance from those she managed. In Alisyn's marketing experience, she primarily functioned as an SEM campaign manager and client retention specialist.

Alisyn is currently seeking a degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. Alisyn’s ultimate education goal is to obtain an MBA or MPH. In her free time, she is dedicated to serving her community through various humanitarian efforts. Alisyn enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and fishing. Alisyn has a great love for the arts as well.

Angela Haddenham is the Transaction Review Manager for Equity Real Estate.

Before Angela came to Equity, she held some of the top positions with innovative companies like Paul Mitchell Systems and leading salons in the California area. Angela has been the go-to woman throughout her career from Lead Educator, Salon Manager, Sales Lead, to Master of Operations. Angela also traveled the U.S. helping Paul Mitchell educate and open new schools.

After moving from Huntington Beach California, Las Vegas Nevada and now back to her old stomping grounds in Salt Lake City Utah.

Guillermo Hernandez is a Transaction Review Officer for Equity Real Estate.

Geo Hernandez joined Equity Real Estate on July 2014 and contributes years of experience in office data entry. Being a prior Collection Agent for a home automation company, he brings to the team a strong work ethic and unwavering determination to get the task at hand accomplished while providing exceptional customer service.

Geo graduated high school with a 3.8 GPA and earned a Varsity Letter in Swimming. He is currently going to school to get a degree in Material Sciences. While working as the top collecting agent for his previous employer, he was responsible for bringing the attrition rate of the company to a new record low as well as surpass the current collection record for an individual agent month after month as well as the team.

Shailyn joined Equity in April 2015. Before joining Equity, Ms. Wright worked in retail and child care. She has a lot of experience with customer service and problem solving. Being a quick learner and detail-oriented, Shailyn has a lot to offer to our team here at Equity.

In addition to working at Equity, Shailyn is also a proud mother to a little girl. She spends all of her free time coloring, dancing and watching movies with her daughter. When she is not running around and playing games, she likes to spend time relaxing with close family and friends.

Shania Purser is a Transaction Review Officer for Equity Real Estate.

Shania joined Equity Real Estate in January 2016 and has a history of working in retail. She has been in positions of leadership and offers the team exceptional customer service experience. She has a very positive attitude, great work ethic, and values integrity. It is always her goal to make sure the tasks at hand get done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shania is currently going to school for Software Development, and enjoys writing, reading, cooking, running, and hiking in her spare time. She is very excited to be a part of the Equity team.

Justin Lockman

Bio

Justin Lockman is the Commission Payment Process Manager for Equity Real Estate.

Justin Lockman joined Equity in 2013 and brought with him 2-years of underwriting experience and 4-years of training in Industrial Organizational psychology. He has extensive history working with small business models as well as expansive knowledge of the Mortgage industry. While Equity is Justin's first experience with the brokerage side of the mortgage industry, his breadth of experience and knowledge made his employment an easy transition. Mr. Lockman has held titles of Assistant Intake Director, Compliance Auditor, Pre-funding Compliance Lead, Post Closing Compliance Lead, JMUA (Junior Mortgage Underwriting Auditor), MUA (Mortgage Underwriting Auditor), Compliance Officer, Payroll Assistant & Payroll Supervisor. Mr. Lockman has improved and developed compliance and calculation auditing processes at SAFE mortgage though his understanding, leadership and investigation techniques.

Prior to joining Equity Real Estate, Justin worked as a Mortgage Underwriting Auditor for SAFE Mortgage in the pre/post-closing departments where he was instrumental in streamlining the Auditing process to allow for higher volume of loan files to be processed.; Bright Horizons community outreach center where he supervised all employee actions towards both the community and the clients while performing counseling and interventions for members of the community; at The University of Montana Western he was in charge of the financial aid and grant funding for students. In addition to the responsibilities Mr. Lockman has at Equity Real Estate, he is currently getting his Master's degree in Industrial Organization Psychology from SNHU and will then go on the get his doctorate from SNHU in the same field.

"I have had jobs that range from the food industry, office settings, and mental health positions but I have never worked for a company with an employee base that is so driven towards success. When I was first hired I was told that Equity was a family and that is exactly what it is; group of people who are so passionate about where they work, that it unites us all. Kelsie R. Nichols is a Commission Payment Process Team Lead for Equity Real Estate.

Kelsie joined Equity Real Estate in 2013 and offered the company over four years of administrative assistant experience. She has a history of working with growing companies, providing them the full dedication and loyalty that Kelsie prides herself on. Equity is Kelsie's first experience in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining Equity Real Estate, Kelsie worked for Steven's Henager College On-Line as an administrative assistant. She was instrumental in streamlining the auditing process to allow for higher volume of successful instructor's, developed compliance and calculation auditing processes. Being the creator of the templates that are still in use to this day!

Elexa Truscott is a Commission Payment Processing Officer for Equity Real Estate.

Elexa joined Equity Real Estate in June 2016. Before joining Equity, she worked at Farmers Insurance as an office manager. She also worked at Alta View Hospital as a secretary processing payments and performing data entry. Being a motivated and determined person, she values her ability to get tasks done in a quick and efficient manner, as well as providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Outside of working at Equity, Elexa enjoys traveling, meeting new people, reading, spending time with family and friends, and taking her dog to the park. She is very happy to be a part of the Equity team!
